No Refund Policy

At Adoll Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality sales and marketing software solutions. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have established a no refund policy for all new customers. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.

 

1. General Policy

All purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered by Adoll Media, including but not limited to:

  • Software subscriptions
  • White-label solutions
  • Advertising and marketing services
  • Add-ons and upgrades
  • Any other digital products or services

 

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our no refund policy is based on the following reasons:

  • Digital Nature of Services: Our products and services are digital and intangible, making it impossible to return or reverse their delivery.
  • Immediate Access: Upon purchase, customers gain immediate access to software and features, which are irreversible transactions.
  • Service Utilization: Many of our services and features can be utilized instantly, and value is derived as soon as access is granted.
  • Cost of Resources: Significant resources, including hosting, support, and maintenance, are allocated from the moment a purchase is made.

 

 

3. Trial and Demonstration

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer:

  • Product Demonstrations: Customers can request a demo or consultation before making a purchase to fully understand the features and functionalities of our software.
  • Detailed Information: Comprehensive product details, features, and documentation are available on our website and from our support team.

 

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review product details, terms, and conditions before making a purchase. Our support team is available to address any queries prior to finalizing the transaction.

6. EMI Payment Terms:-

 

– Account Suspension: If payment is not received within the 37-day period (30 days plus the 7-day grace period), Adoll will suspend your account. During this suspension, access to all tools, features, and data will be restricted.

– No Refunds for Suspension: In the event of account suspension due to non-payment, Adoll is not liable to provide any refunds for payments already made, including partial payments under the EMI structure.

Plan Conversion:

Lifetime Deal Conversion: If you have purchased a lifetime plan and fail to complete the payment within the 37-day period, your lifetime plan will automatically be converted into an annual subscription plan. The first annual payment will be due immediately upon conversion.


Account Termination:

– Permanent Deletion: If payment is not made within 30 days after suspension, Adoll reserves the right to permanently delete the account. All associated data will be lost, and a new account must be purchased to regain access to Adoll’s services.

 

Acceptance Of Policy:

– By purchasing any Adoll account or service, you agree to and accept this refund policy in its entirety. This policy is binding and enforceable from the moment of transaction.

By completing a purchase of any Adoll account, users are acknowledging and agreeing to our no-refund policy. This means that once a transaction is made, whether for a one-time payment or under an EMI plan, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is an integral part of our terms of service, and by proceeding with the purchase, users confirm their acceptance of these terms in full.
